Our bodies are built up with energycenters, or chakras.

In this reading I will scan your chakras to see how balanced they are or if there are any blockages. This chakra understanding will give you a knowledge of how these imbalances impact your daily life and what you can do to keep them in balance. This is an insight of your body right here and now and preferable you can do this reading several times to follow the action and reaction in your body when you start to be aware of your thoughts and actions. 

When having this reading done you get to know how balanced your chakras are. For me, I do this every now and then to check in where I need to be aware of my thoughts and where I tend to do to much or where I need to put more energy.
